MetaLabs Tech creates user interfaces that look stunning and feel effortless — from user research and wireframes to polished design systems and developer-ready Figma handoffs.
From first principles to final pixels — we design digital products that are grounded in user research, validated through testing and delivered ready for development.
We conduct user interviews, competitive analysis and heuristic evaluations to understand your users' needs before designing a single screen.
Low-fidelity wireframes and IA maps that establish structure, user flows and navigation before any visual design begins.
High-fidelity screen designs in Figma — with meticulous attention to typography, colour, spacing, elevation and every interaction state.
A complete Figma component library with design tokens, typography scales, colour systems and reusable components — documented and ready for developers.
Clickable Figma prototypes tested with real users — so design decisions are validated before development starts, saving time and money.
Annotated Figma files with spacing specs, component notes, asset exports and developer documentation — so implementation is fast and accurate.
Great design isn't decoration — it's the difference between a product people love and one they abandon. We design with purpose, rooted in user behaviour and business goals.
We start with understanding your users — through interviews, audits and competitive analysis — before designing anything. Every decision is backed by insight, not assumption.
Our designers work closely with developers throughout — so handoffs are smooth, components map to real code and nothing gets lost in translation between Figma and the browser.
We prototype and test with real users before finalising designs — catching usability issues early when they're cheap to fix, not after development when they're expensive.
Every project builds toward a design system — consistent components, tokens and patterns that make future design and development faster and more coherent.

Figma Design Systems
A structured design process that keeps stakeholders aligned, users at the centre and developers unblocked — from the first conversation to the final handoff.
We learn your business, users and goals through stakeholder interviews, user research and competitive audits — defining the problem before solving it.
Low-fidelity wireframes and information architecture maps that establish structure and user flows — reviewed and approved before any visual design starts.
High-fidelity screen designs in Figma — typography, colour, spacing, shadows and motion all designed with care, covering every page and every state.
Clickable Figma prototypes tested with real users — identifying friction points and validating design decisions before any development begins.
Annotated Figma files with spacing specs, asset exports, component documentation and a walkthrough session so developers can implement with confidence.
A professional design toolchain built around Figma — covering research, design, prototyping, collaboration and handoff.

Common questions about our design process, tools and what you can expect when working with us.
We can do both. If you have existing designs or brand guidelines, we'll build on them. If you're starting from scratch, we run a full discovery and design process — from wireframes and user research through to polished, developer-ready Figma screens.
You'll receive fully organised Figma files with all screens, components and variants; a Figma component library with design tokens; annotated specs for developers; exported assets; and a walkthrough session. You own everything — we transfer the files to your Figma account.
A single product screen or landing page design can take 1–2 weeks. A full product with multiple flows, a design system and user testing typically takes 6–10 weeks. We'll give you a detailed project plan and timeline after the discovery session.
User research is part of our standard design process for new products — we include stakeholder interviews, competitor analysis and at least one round of usability testing as standard. For existing products with established users, we can run deeper research as a standalone engagement.
Yes — dev handoff is built into every project. We use Figma Dev Mode with spacing annotations, component descriptions and interaction notes so any development team can implement the designs accurately without needing to come back and ask questions.
Yes. We design for web, iOS and Android — accounting for platform conventions, touch targets, navigation patterns and OS-specific design guidelines in every mobile project. We also design responsive web experiences that work across all device sizes.
Absolutely. We regularly perform UX audits — reviewing existing products against usability heuristics, identifying pain points and prioritising improvements — then redesign incrementally so your product keeps working while it improves.
Whether you're designing a new product from scratch or improving an existing one — let's talk about your users, your goals and how great design can help you reach them.
